Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

  • Our affiliates include financial companies such as Jeffersonville Bancorp, FNBJ Holding Company, and Western Sullivan ORE, LLC.
Nonaffiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include debit and credit card companies, and payroll related services.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
