Jeff Bank Announces Retirement of Director James M. (Mickey) Roche

Jeffersonville, NY (October 12, 2016)   Jeff Bank today announced that Director James M. (Mickey) Roche has retired from the board of directors of Jeff Bank and its parent company, Jeffersonville Bancorp (OTCQB:JFBC), after 37 years of service. Mr. Roche first became a director on October 9, 1979 and during his tenure he served on every committee of the board.
